conservatism at it's best
The urbanization of America comes with a price: taxes for services, scarcity of resources and specialization. One interesting case study due to the recession: Voters in the city of Colorado Springs overwhelmingly denied a property tax increase to save basic city services. So much for the late night helicopter training or even green grass, never the less street lights on your city block.
Will conservatism win over this largely middle-class enclave, or will the masses revolt in a year?
