HP/EDS was recently found guilty of 'fraudulent misrepresentation' by their sales team in a court case brought by BskyB in the UK. the key witness, joe galloway, who was responsible for a large piece of the representation in question, had bought an internet degree from concordia college in the us virgin islands; the cross examiner was able to purchase an identical degree for his dog lulu, with the difference that the dog received a higher mark.
